Terms of Service
Last updated: August 21, 2026
Who we are
Susurro is an application by Deep Flow Studios S.L. (Carrer de Santa Teresa 15, 46920 Mislata, València, Spain). Contact: team@deepflow.es. By using Susurro you accept these terms.
The service
Susurro is a voice dictation application for Windows. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. The first month is free and requires no card; after that, dictation requires a subscription.
Subscription, price and cancellation
- The price is €4.99 per month, VAT included. Billing is handled by Stripe and renews automatically every month.
- You can cancel anytime from the customer portal. When you cancel, you keep the service until the end of the period you already paid, and you are not charged again.
- If the price ever changes, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance so you can cancel before it applies.
- You receive an invoice by email for every charge; billing details can be edited in the customer portal.
Refunds
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase. In addition, if you regret a charge within 14 days, write to team@deepflow.es and we will refund it.
If you stop paying
The application stops transcribing, but you lose nothing of yours: your history and settings stay on your computer, and you can read and copy them anytime.
Acceptable use
You may not resell the application, circumvent its licensing mechanisms or use it for illegal activities. Remember that recording other people may require their consent under your local laws: Susurro is meant for dictating your own voice.
Warranty and liability
We work hard to make Susurro run well on any machine, but it is provided "as is": we cannot guarantee it is error-free and we are not liable for indirect damages (for example, a transcription containing mistakes). Nothing above limits the rights the law grants to consumers.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in any relevant way, we will announce it on this page and, if you have a subscription, by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, disputes will be resolved by the courts of your place of residence.
